Forged Body Needle Valves，NV1 Series

NV1 Series Forged Body Needle Valves feature an integrated forged body. The standard NV1 Series supports a maximum working pressure of 6000 psig, while the high-pressure NV1H Series reaches up to 10000 psig. Adopting a two-piece stem design, the valve plug only moves vertically during opening and closing, reducing packing wear caused by each operating stroke. The handle is sturdy and durable, with a wide selection of port types and sizes available.

Features

The stem threads are rolled, and the valve head sealing surface is hardened to extend the service life of the valve

The stem threads are located above the packing to prevent thread grease from contacting the system medium

Panel mounting available

Every valve leak tested with nitrogen or compressed air at the maximum allowable working pressure or with water at 1.1 times the maximum allowable working pressure

Two-piece stem design. The valve head only moves up and down during opening and closing, reducing packing wear over each stroke

A variety of packing materials are available to meet different operating temperature ranges：PTFE packing：-65℉ to 450℉ (-54℃ to 232℃)、PEEK packing: -65℉ to 500℉ (-54℃ to 260℃)、Graphite packing: -65℉ to 1200℉ (-54℃ to 649℃)
