Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves,NV2 Series
NV2 Series Screwed Bonnet Needle Valves feature valve bodies machined from cold-drawn square bar stock, with reliable bonnet connection. They have a maximum working pressure of 6000 psig (414 bar). With a two-piece stem design, the valve plug only moves vertically during opening and closing, reducing packing wear from each operating stroke. The handle is sturdy and durable, with a wide selection of port types and sizes available.

Each valve is factory leak-tested with nitrogen or compressed air at rated pressure
A variety of packing materials are available to meet different operating temperature ranges:PTFE packing:-65℉ to 450℉ (-54℃ to 232℃)、PEEK packing: -65℉ to 500℉ (-54℃ to 260℃)、Graphite packing: -65℉ to 1200℉ (-54℃ to 649℃)
The stem threads are positioned above the packing to prevent thread grease from contacting the system medium
The stem threads are roll-formed, and the sealing surface of the valve head is hardened to extend the service life of the valve
