Nonrotating-stem Needle Valves，NV4 Series

NV4 Series Nonrotating-stem Needle Valves feature integrated forged valve bodies with compact structure. Both straight-way and angle-type configurations are available, with a maximum working pressure of 3000 psig. The non-rotating stem design extends the service life of the valve. Fitted with O-ring seals, the valves deliver low operating torque. A wide selection of port types and sizes is available.

A variety of packing materials are available to meet different operating temperature ranges：PTFE packing：-20℉ to 200℉ (-28℃ to 39℃)、PEEK packing: -20℉ to 400℉ (-28℃ to 204℃)

Compact design，Straight and angle pattern

Every valve leak tested with nitrogen or compressed air at the maximum allowable working pressure

Stem sealing O-ring：FKM：-20℉ to 400℉ (-28℃ to 204℃)、NBR： -20℉ to 212℉ (-28℃ to 100℃)、EPDM：-20℉ to 300℉ (-28℃ to 148℃)
