Union Bonnet Needle Valves，NV5 Series

NV5 Series union bonnet needle valves feature integrated forged bodies. The standard NV5 Series has a maximum working pressure of 6000 psig, while the high-pressure NV5H Series reaches up to 10000 psig.With a combined bonnet structure, the valves prevent accidental disassembly. They possess back-sealing function at fully open position. A wide selection of packing materials, port types and sizes is available.

One-piece forged body

Roll-formed stem threads and hardened sealing surface of valve plug for extended service life

Accidental valve disassembly disabled by union bonnet construction

Stem threads above packing prevent lubricant contact with process media

Safety back seating seals in fully open position

Two-piece stem design. The valve plug only moves up and down during operation, reducing packing wear per stroke

Panel mounting available

Steady and durable fastening of the handle by double lock-pins

Every valve leak tested with nitrogen or compressed air at the maximum allowable working pressure or with water at 1.1 times the maximum allowable pressure

A variety of packing materials are available to meet different operating temperature ranges：PTFE packing：-65℉ to 450℉ (-54℃ to 232℃)、PEEK packing: -65℉ to 500℉ (-54℃ to 260℃)、Graphite packing: -65℉ to 1200℉ (-54℃ to 649℃)
