FT4 Series powder sintered filter element filters adopt sintered metal filter elements with a minimum rating of 0.5 micron.The maximum working pressure is 20.7 MPa.Three filter area specifications are available: 2, 4 and 8. Featuring irregular pores, they can filter impurity ions with small diameters and are suitable for gas filtration in various semiconductor processes.
